Feeling a l'il Christmasey...

This year we improvised and made a tree from my tailor's dummy...

Complete with twinkling fairy lights...

Baubles...and a heart....sweeet!

Retrospective...

The weather here has been so grey! But I told myself next time there was a sunny patch I would get my portfolio out and catalogue all of my work...



Untitled, 2005. Acrylic, household paint, oil bar, caran d'ache pastel and ink on canvas. 27" x 27". One of the few pieces I have hanging in my home...about being in a perfect moment.

My new obsession over the past few weeks has been making envelopes from old maps...I just haven't been able to stop myself - they are everywhere! It's one of those completely soothing, repetitive and almost mindless things...but the end product is soooo beautiful! If anyone would like to recieve a bundle of these for free and with love I will gladly send you some, just drop me a line.
